3.1. Charges

3.2. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prepaid support packs must be used within the stated validity period.
3.3. Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a booked Service with at least 24 hours’ notice. If cancelled after this period, a cancellation fee may apply.
4.1. “No Fix, No Fee”
If we are unable to resolve the specific issue identified at the appointment, and the work was carried out in accordance with our standard procedures, the Service charge will be waived.
4.2. Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover parts, third-party costs, hardware replacements, or follow-up work for unrelated issues.
5.1. Standard of Service
We warrant that Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Other warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5.2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerds2U is not liable for:
• Indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage;
• Loss of data, revenue, or business interruption;
• Third-party costs;
Our total liability for direct loss or damage is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Service.
All materials, content, and software provided by Nerds2U remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise these materials without written consent.
